These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use thecomichub.co.uk and related Shopify checkout pages operated by The Comic Hub (“we”, “us”). By browsing or buying from this store you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

The Comic Hub is a UK comic retailer based in Manchester. Contact: craig@thecomichub.co.uk · Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00.

Using the site

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or buy with a parent/guardian’s permission. Don’t misuse the site (scraping that harms the service, fraud, or attempts to break security).

Products and pricing

Listings describe condition, publisher and price in GBP. Stock and prices can change. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled with a full refund. Pre-order release dates are the publisher’s dates and may slip.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or dispatch the order. Payment is taken at checkout (or as stated for pre-orders). You are responsible for accurate shipping details.

Shipping

Postage, dispatch times and packing rules are in our Shipping policy. In-stock UK orders usually go Royal Mail Tracked 48; free tracked UK postage over £50.

Returns and refunds

Returns follow our Refund policy, including the 14-day not-as-described promise on the Shipping and QC page. Live-platform sales follow that platform’s rules.

Accounts and tools

Want list, pull list and similar tools are provided as-is for your shopping convenience. Keep login details secure.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy and photos we create are ours. Comic characters, covers and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders; we sell genuine published comics.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded. We’re not liable for indirect loss beyond the price you paid for the relevant order, except where the law says otherwise.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may also rely on mandatory protections in their home nation.
